Bilardi's Bakes has been inspired by my Southern Italian heritage since the beginning!
I gained my passion for patisseries from a young age, watching and learning besides my nona in Italy. I then began working at the family restaurant from the age of 13 where I learned the art of Italian Patisseries in depth. I worked my way up and created Bilardi's Bakes as a small business on the side of the restaurant at the beginning of 2020!
I offer a range of different services, from Traditional Afternoon Tea's with an Italian twist, to celebration cakes and Event catering.
